LiTTLE RAMONAS offers an exchange & refund policy for manufacturing defects or damaged items only.
EXCHANGES:
In the event that a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can:
- Make a change on size, the item must not been used or washed or come back with any deterioration by use.
- The client must have the original LR receipt, this must be shipped with the exchange item.
- Maximum term for an exchange is 20 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Products purchased on SALE do not apply to exchanges or returns.
- Back shipping cost must be pre-paid by client.
STORE CREDIT:
Refunds are only accepted when:
- The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or in any way damaged.
- The value paid for the item will be refund as a store credit to be used for the purchase.
